【局所投与例】マウス皮下腫瘍の遺伝子発現抑制

局所投与例

皮下に移植したルシフェラーゼ発現がん細胞に対し、「AteloGene®」を使用してルシフェラーゼsiRNA(Luc siRNA)を投与したとき、Luc siRNA単独投与に比べ、高いルシフェラーゼ発現抑制を示した。


【全身投与例】マウス全身転移がんの遺伝子発現抑制

全身投与例

全身転移したルシフェラーゼ発現がん細胞に対し、「AteloGene®」を使用してルシフェラーゼsiRNA(Luc siRNA)を投与したとき、Luc siRNA単独投与に比べ、高いルシフェラーゼ発現抑制を示した。
