概要

Atelocollagen, Native collagenは、ウシ真皮由来の高純度コラーゲン酸性溶液です。シャーレへのコーティング、コラーゲンゲルの作製に適しています。ゲル上およびゲル内での細胞の培養が可能です。I-PC(Atelocollagen)およびI-AC(Native collagen)の2種類があります。AtelocollagenはNative collagenの分子両末端に存在するテロペプチドがプロテアーゼによって切断されています(図)。
